Gone are the days when simply serving great food was enough to bring in the right crowd. Today, a strong social presence is just as essential as balanced flavors. While Gia had no trouble wowing guests once they walked through the door, their team recognized two key opportunities: better connecting with a younger audience (specifically diners in their 20s and 30s), and building a more relevant, consistent, and engaging social media presence overall.

Snowday Studio was brought on to bring Gia’s updated brand vision to life through social content. In collaboration with Advokate Communications, we helped define the brand voice and mapped out a refreshed visual direction. From there, we created a full library of custom social assets and developed and implemented a strategy to leverage those assets on Instagram and TikTok. These were designed to reflect the warmth, personality, and seasonality of Gia’s weekly menu.

The results: A 144% increase in reach and a 142% increase in followers. When asked why guests chose to dine at Gia, several reported they were influenced by the content they saw on their Instagram and TikTok.
