Gone are the days when simply serving great food was enough to bring in the right crowd. Today, a strong social presence is just as essential as balanced flavors. While Gia had no trouble wowing guests once they walked through the door, their team recognized two key opportunities: better connecting with a younger audience (specifically diners in their 20s and 30s), and building a more relevant, consistent, and engaging social media presence overall.
Snowday Studio was brought on to bring Gia’s updated brand vision to life through content. In collaboration with Advokate Communications, we helped define the brand voice and mapped out a refreshed visual direction. From there, we created a full library of custom social assets including static posts, carousels, reels, and stories. These were designed to reflect the warmth, personality, and seasonality of Gia’s weekly menu.
The results: An increase in overall reach and measurable growth in followers aged 25–34, along with a new rhythm of consistent, branded content that better reflects Gia’s identity.
