As the #1 labor marketplace for IT field service, Field Nation wanted to get the word out about their newly improved Provider Match Experience: a product update designed to help IT companies connect with vetted, certified, and dependable independent contractors.

Enter Snowday Studio. We were brought on to create a social campaign and digital ad campaign that would spark interest in Match 2.0 among both IT companies and technicians. After digging into the core pain points of each group, we honed in on a refreshed brand voice that broke down the walls between software and human. The campaign informed, entertained, and most importantly, put a face to the technology.

The result? More website traffic. More engagement. And a smooth, successful rollout embraced by both sides of the marketplace.
